These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Ripponden is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) serving patients in Ripponden and across the United Kingdom. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services conducted by qualified, registered pharmacist prescribers.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Our clinical decisions are final and made solely in the interest of patient safety.
All consultations are conducted online via our secure consultation questionnaire. Your responses are reviewed by a GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber who will determine whether treatment is suitable for you.
A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate. We do not guarantee that completing a consultation will result in a prescription being issued. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and your treatment being discontinued. Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be transferred or shared.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the point of purchase. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your order has been clinically reviewed and approved by a pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will not be charged for the medication. Any applicable consultation fees are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not replace advice from your regular GP or healthcare team. You should continue to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking your medication and seek medical advice promptly. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing our pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
